 PG-2000 Digital Pressure Gauge
The latest in solid state design PG-2000 incorportes a semi-conductor strain gauge pressure transducer as the sensing element, conditioned by state of the art surface mount electronics. The unit require very low power consumption, resulting in a battery life of 2 years in typical use. The large 3 ½ digit display and ±0.25% full scale accuracy allows it to replace much larger mechanical
gauges. Range vacuum to 2000 psi.
 PG-3000 Digital Pressure Gauge
The 3000 series is a low-cost high-performance digital pressure gauge powered from two long-life battery cells. It offers an extra large (0.7 inch) 4 digit liquid crystal display with an automatic light actuated circuit which turns the unit off in darkness. This can greatly extend the battery life when used in areas which are not continuously illuminated. The long life sensing element is vibration and shock resistant, and being fabricated from a single block of stainless steel provides excellent burst and overpressure characteristics. A NEMA4/NEMA7
housing permits use in harsh or explosive environments.
Loop powered 4-20 mA ouptut is also available. Range
vacuum to 20,000 psi.
 PG-10000 Digital Pressure Gauge
The PG-10000 combines the best features of analog and digital instruments. The 0.75 in. high full 4 digit display is easily read at a distance and the "analog" bar graph allows instant estimation of changing pressures and gives visual indication of alarm set points. The all stainless steel sensor is vibration and shock resistant, and unlike mechanical gauges is immune to the effects of puslating pressures. Available options include RS 232 output, alarm set points, 0-2V or 5-V analog output, and 4-20 mA transmitter output. Range vacuum to 10,000 psi.
 PG-7
The latest in solid state design, the weather-resistant PG-7 utilizes a semi-conductor strain gauge pressure transducer as the sensing element in conjunction with a microprocessor based electronics. Conditioned by a state of the art laser trimmed thick film compensation network, the all-stainless steel sensor is vibration and shock resistant, making it immune to the effects of pulsating pressures that damage mechanical analog gauges, State-of-the-art electronics in conjunction with the auto off circuits results in exceptional battery life. The 4-digit, 0.5 in.high LCD display and ±0.25% full-scale accuracy provides the opportunity to replace much larger mechanical analog gauges. Available options include
4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC output, wired for external AC power
supply, panel mount (rear pressure port), backlighting,
and shock dampening rubber boot.
 PG-4/20- Digital Pressure Transmitter
The PG-4/20 is ideal for measurements which require a local display and a need to communicate with remote data acquisition equipment. The 2 wire 4-20 mA signal can be transmitted over great distances with negligible loss of accuracy. The 15-5 P.H. stainless steel wetted surfaces make it compatible with a wide variety of liquids and gases. Range vacuum to 2,000 psi.
 PLN-4
STI piezoresistive and thin film pressure transmitters are precision engineered to fit the majority of industrial pressure measurement applications. Each unit undergoes quality control testing and calibration to achieve an accuracy of 0.25% full scale. The printed circuit board uses state-of-the-art surface mount technology and is potted in silicone gel for protection against vibration, shock and humidity. Each unit is temperature compensated to assure accuracy and long term stability under severe ambient temperature variations. Range 0 -30 INWC to 15,000 psi.
SANITARY TRANSDUCERS
The PSI-Tronix line of sanitary transducers are available in the PSI-100, PSI-5000 and PSI-4/20 series and are designed to fit a standard Ladish Tri-Clover clamp. Sizes include the 1 ½ in and 2 in. Pressure ranges can cover 0-60 to 1000 psig applications. These sanitary fittings are ideally suited for pressure measurement and process control in the food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.
 PSI-100
The PSI-100 offers pressure ranges of vacuum to 10,000 psi, gauge or absolute. Features include high burst pressure and a high accuracy of ±0.25% full scale. The PSI-100 is the economical answer for all general purpose pressure measurements where a cost-effective
and high reliability unit is required. The output is conditioned to 100 mV full scale for all ranges.
 PSI-5000
The PSI-5000 offers pressure ranges of vacuum to 10,000 psi, gauge or absolute, all stainless steel construction, high burst pressure and high accuracy of ±0.25% F.S. High level output signal 0 to 5 or 0 to 10 VDC with zero and span adjustment.
 PSI-4/20
The PSI-4/20 Ideal transmitter for most fluid and gas measurements. The PSI-4/20 offers infinite resolutions. Pressure ranges are vacuum to 10,000 psi, gauge or absolute, high burst pressure is 10x full scale, and overall accuracy is ±0.25%
High level output of 4 to 20 ma with zero and span adjustment.
 PC-10K
The PC-10K is a self contained pressure generator that allows comparison of a known pressure as displayed on the 0.1% gauge to the display of the unknow gauge or other device attached to the calibrate port.
The PC-10K is capable of generating pressures up to 10,000 psi by rotating the three handled piston drive screw. A fine adjust is also provided even though exact pressures are not necessary when using the comparison
method calibration.
