DISPLACEMENT/VELOCITY TRANSMITTERS

Model DT Displacement Transducer/Transmitter offers the latest in a cost effective, reliable design for measuring the displacement of moving objects. These highly accurate devices make displacement measurement as simple as attaching the transducer/transmitter to a fixed body and connecting the cable to the moving element. In the standard DT models the output is 0-500 ohm circuit A or adjustable from 0-200 mV/V with the optional B circuit. The DT 420 provide a two wire 4 to 20 ma signal for full scale travel.
                               Ranges from 0-2 in., through 0-500 in are availaible in
                               all models.

 

Displacement /Velocity/Transducer       The DVT combines the sensing elements of the position and velocity transducers into one convenient package. By extending and retracting a single spring-loaded cable, both a position and a velocity output signal can be measured. Costing less than separate instruments, the DVT is a very cost effective way to measure position and
                                 velocity simultaneously. Ranges from 0-2 to 0-500 in.

 


Model MPT Mini Positon Transducer offers the latest in a cost effective, reliable design for measuring the displacement of moving objects. These highly accurate devices make displacement measurement as simple as attaching the transducer to a fixed body and connecting the cable to the moving element. A constant torque spring controls cable tension while cable extension rotates a precision potentiometer. In the standard DT output is 0-500 ohm circuit "A" at full range. Ranges
                               from 0-3 in. through 0-20 in. are available.

 

DSA/DSS
Submersible Transducer/Transmitter        They are designed for use in fluids or in hostile environments. Position is measured by mounting the transducer to a rigid surface and attaching the cable clip to the moving element to be monitored. Extension of the cable rotates a spring loaded shaft, coupled to the sensing circuits. Materials used in body construction are anodized aluminum or all stainless steel. The constant force spring provides torque for cable retraction. Twelve models cover the range of 0-2 in through 0-80 in., and a two wire, 4-20 mA version is also available with internal zero and span adjustments.
